HP Prime ploting
Message #1 Posted by Richard Berler on 19 Sept 2013, 10:41 p.m.

I could not get the function symbolic view page to accept my functions. Then a lightbulb...I placed the calculator in textbook mode, and YES!

This machine is fast!

Easy to zoom, and find extremums, etc.

Is there a way for an extremum to be tagged, and sent back to the home or CAS screen as is the case when using an HP 50g?

For what I know it's no possible in the 5106 release. I hope this will be in future release

In RPN mode, enter the function as a 'quoted expression' or in RPN syntax. In case of the latter, 'X' needs to be quoted.
