Re: Cheap hp32sii in bad condition on sale on Taobao Message #2 Posted by Raymond Del Tondo on 1 Mar 2013, 8:35 p.m., in response to message #1 by Waon Shinyoe (China)
This could be due to sticking and/or broken mylar keyboard contact foil areas, usually where the key plastic finger touches the foil.
I have seen several Pioneers suffering from this, but so far there were no malfunctions on those units.
This can only be "repaired" by replacing the mylar foils. Maybe you could use the foil from a cheap 10B.
In any case you would have to open the shell, which is described somewhere here in the articles forum.
