HP-41C Custom Survey Module Identificaiton Help

I have an apparent custom 16K HP-41C surveying module that I could not find any information for in the normal places. It resides on a CMT-10, and has the following headers:

DIST7 V-2

DIST7SURV-1

DIST7SURV2

DIST7SURV-2

Anyone know its origin?
