What power adaptor does an HP-65 use?
Message #1 Posted by Robert Morton on 29 Sept 2012, 2:14 p.m.

I am sorry for such a basic question but I have searched all over and I cannot confirm that the power adaptor you use with an HP-65 is an hp 82059d.

Is this the correct power adaptor?

If it is not what is the correct adaptor to use?

thanks

No, the 82059D is used with the Topcat series such as the HP 97. The correct adapter for Classic series calculators such as the HP 65 is the 82002A.

This is really not hard to find. On the homepage of this museum just click Battery Packs & Chargers in the "Collecting & Using" section.
