Serial Number Placement Message #1 Posted by Matt Agajanian on 7 July 2012, 12:32 p.m. Hello all. As I have noticed in my collection, only the 35 and 45 have their serial numbers placed inside the battery bay. During which model's production did the serial number placement change to the back of the calculator. Or was it at the introduction of one of the Classics did HP start placing the serial numbers on the back? Thanks

Re: Serial Number Placement Message #4 Posted by Frank Boehm (Germany) on 7 July 2012, 3:26 p.m., in response to message #1 by Matt Agajanian Well, actually they started with a serial# on the back (with the HP35 red dot) but moved it to the inside (using a larger lettering and differnt sticker) sometimes during the HP35 V2 production.
