HP-42S Manuals
Message #1 Posted by Kees van der Sanden on 19 Mar 2012, 2:03 p.m.

Today I received two manuals for the HP-42S.
One is titled: Owners Manual and the other Programming Examples and Techniques.
Were both books bundled with the calculator or was the second manual sold separately?

Hi, Kess.

The second one - Programming and Techniques - did not come with my HP42S when I bought it new, back in the 80's. I had to buy it separately.

BTW, I'll post the 'package' this week, OK?

Cheers.

I'll second that. I remember having bought "Programming Examples & Techniques" separately as well.
