HP 15c LE vs HP-15C dimensions - BOTH ARE HUGE!
Message #1 Posted by Joerg Woerner on 2 Oct 2011, 2:19 p.m.

Just read the topic about the slightly larger housing of the new HP 15c Limited Edition and the original HP-15C.

Well, they are both FAR TOO LARGE - just remember this CUTIE from the Eighties!

Cheers,

Joerg

CASIO: BRING IT BACK! UNLIMITED!!!

PS: Please scroll down the page, there are two pictures with both calculators to compare the dimensions. You don't need a caliper to see the differences.

Well, HP 15c LE and HP-15C may be both huge, but look at the DM-15CC: http://www.rpn-calc.ch/

Watch the prototype here: http://youtu.be/G6NNtjnvD24

Let me quot Michael: Make it small - now!

I traded email with the swiss designer before HP actually introduced the HP15cLE (in fact he used my quote in his web posting). I mentioned that his market for an exact HP15C clone would collapse if HP reintroduce the HP15C and he said he would likely move forward with plans to produce the HP15C credit card version.
