Card reader gear lubrication - do or don't ?

and if "do", then with what ? I was thinking the thinnest smear of moly grease - any thoughts/comments/experience ??

IMHO, the moly bisulphite is ok.

FWIW, production units from about 1984 on had no lubrication. Personally, I clean them and leave them that way.
