EMU 48 for Linux
Message #1 Posted by J Grim on 18 May 2011, 11:49 p.m.

Greetings everyone. Do any of you know if there is a Linux native version of EMU 48? I checked Christoph's site, but it appears to be Windows specific. I have tried other emulators, but I prefer EMU 48. Currently, I run it via the WINE application with a KML script for the 50g. Thanks.

Your options are:

  1. EMU48+Wine
  2. x48 (SX/GX only)
  3. x49gp (50g emulation: http://x49gp.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/x49gp/README.QUICKSTART). x49gp is the only 50g/ARM emulator publicly available. This means you can run just about any 50g programing including ARM C and ASM.

Thank you, Egan. x48 and x49gp are emulators I have not tried yet. I will check them out.
