Message #1 Posted by Mark Hardman on 23 Jan 2011, 1:31 p.m.

A quick Google search cleared up my confusion. Today is actually National Pie Day.

Lest Walter acuse me of being jingoistic, I must point out that this is National Pie Day in the United States. I'm sure other principalities celebrate pie on their own appropriate schedules.

Enjoy your pies! AFAIK there's no similar day here - we just enjoy our varying Kuchen and Torten all year round whenever we can get a slice or more d:-)
