Hmmm.....are these 'guaranteed' to be the newest style with the dual CR2032 batteries (and thus latest internal architecture)?

As this site is run by Eric Rechlin (who always attends HHC gatherings) I'm sure he would make sure they were.

Ask him directly with an email off his site link and say you will buy if they are.

That's because the pictured one was just one I had lying around. That's why it has a 1984 serial number, which I certainly wouldn't be selling now. :)

Yes, they are the new one, but I have very limited inventory because it's such a poor seller (I typically sell one every 6 months).

I have updated the description to make it clear that it is the new one.
