Calculator article in Circuit Cellar Message #1 Posted by Monte Dalrymple on 28 Sept 2010, 2:06 p.m. In a blatant act of self-promotion, I would invite museum visitors to check out the October issue of Circuit Cellar magazine http://www.circuitcellar.com for an article about my 41C CPU replacement project. Ah, yes the "intel" calculator upgrade. IIRC it comes complete with a deep cycle marine battery and inflated tires.

I can't stand using a mouse to navigate an on-screen calculator. Just like I can't stand to use the 35s in my drawer because it invariably misses the last numeric entry before I press "Enter". In other words, (and you may of course disagree) the best replacement for a 41 is a FASTER 41 !! Counting the seconds tick...
