I know you (and many others) completely know the 'how to' in order to answer him, but... what'a heck, it´s Xmas... - start with a " ([right-shift][×]) - press [ALPHA] twice (dafault to lock the keyboard in ALPHA mode) - key in the string you want - press [ALPHA] again (to deactivate ALPHA mode) and press [ENTER] Merry X-mas.
