Direct current circuit analysis program Message #1 Posted by ferroburak on 9 Nov 2009, 7:20 p.m. Hi, I wonder if there is a DC circuit analysis program (like Circuit4) program for Hp calculators. Thanks in advance.

I mean, will you enter a circuit description based on nodes/mash, the kind of active(source)/passive(load) component and their location and solve for current/voltage unknowns? There are many programs that might fill your needs here, if you are searching for HP49/HP50 application programs. (Brazil) One circuit analysis tool that's fun (and free) is the analog circuit simulator at Falstadt.com. It has trouble with extremely complex circuits, but I imagine a program running on a pocket calculator would, too. I can't directly compare it to circuit4 because I haven't used that (though it does look cool). It looks like they'd be similar in that you'd build the circuits graphically (rather than something like pSpice). Edited: 10 Nov 2009, 10:20 a.m.
