DeSoldering SMD Components easily!!! - Chipquik Message #1 Posted by Thomas Chrapkiewicz on 31 Oct 2009, 10:49 p.m. I have not yet tried this stuff, but the videos show it makes removing even 4-sided SMD components very easy!!! So far, I've only been upgrading the 42s so it is cheaper for me to just bend up one pin at a time to remove it. I'm just tossing the 8K chip I take out anyway. Dave
