HP-71b used for fire calculations

This describes how a HP-71b can be used with a special ROM to predict fire in the forrests.

Thanks for the link. I've seen several HP-71B show up on the auction site with the Fire Modules. Have always wondered what they were.

Maybe they did not take the author's advice, and are still using TI-59's. [:-)
