Any thoughts on calc emulations on the G1?
Message #1 Posted by Bruce Bergman on 24 Sept 2008, 7:56 p.m.

I suspect Free-42 might work, what with a custom skin for it or something like that. But what about some of the pretty new calcs that are available ala the iPhone? I'd really like to see a nice 41c implementation for the G1 (and yes, I'm considering buying one).

Anyone? Class? Buler?

thanks, bruce

Apps for the Android platform have to be written in Java using the Android class library, so none of the existing open-source simulators will run on it without some degree of rewrite.

I've got a few things for Android in the early stages of development.

Dang. I thought it was a straight Linux port, thus usable with C/C++. I admit, however, that I haven't downloaded the SDK.

Well, more power to you! I will be watching with interest!

thanks, bruce
