HP-16C PIC of the bunch
Message #1 Posted by peter a walker (papwalker) on 14 Sept 2008, 8:33 a.m.

After eagerly receiving my HP-16C, I proceeded to read the manual and play. (Or was it the other way round?). It was like reading the application notes for a PIC microcontroller. This seems an area where this little beast might still shine. Are there any PIC developers here that actually use the 16C? Or is it a relic.

I've been using the HP-16C since 1982 (ordered on the date of introduction), and the PIC microcontrollers since 1990 or 1991.
