O.T. Chrome locks up
Message #1 Posted by designnut on 8 Sept 2008, 5:08 p.m.

Despite it's claim that you can lock up one tab and use the others did not meet the test today. I see Google web crawler says it automatically creates HTML pages as it searches. Chrome is fast as it uses memory for pages rather than disk. Mayhap I'll try the new IE. Ctrl + + does not change the type size as stated. I'm a little surprised that Google would fail so greatly. Seems you didn't read the related news lately;-)
'Chrome' is the browser to avoid.

A German government authority (BSI) and other institutions even warn of the use,
since the Google browser is considered to be a security risk due to its various bugs and hidden data collecting mechanisms.
