its a weight balancing module, forgot for which airplane though. Nice to find one with overlay!

I don't think it's an aircraft weight & balance module, but rather for a dynamic balancing machine made by Schenck. You know, the kind of thing used for car wheels, etc.

If you want to know if an HP-41 module is known check the HP-41 Online Module Database.
