Define a complex function
Message #1 Posted by Micheal Jennings on 1 Apr 2008, 10:26 p.m.

I want to define a complex function to use on the HP 50G as follow :

LinLen(d/y)=(1 < (-720*d/y)) the < is the angle symbol.

I keep getting a define error focused on the angle symbol when I try to define this function.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

It looks like the angle syntax is only valid for constant numbers and not for expressions. You will need to use trig functions and the constant i.
