But you are limited to three offers per auction, after that, you can't bid on this auction any more. I know, because I've done this several times with a guy who used to place ridiculously high priced calculators on eBay Germany: First offerd 1 Euro, end every time he refused the offer, I increased by one Cent :-) After I had done this several times, he somehow managed to ban me from all his auctions.
