My 45 is keyboard/display is separated from the upper bezel
Message #1 Posted by Gordo on 24 Aug 2006, 7:11 p.m.

I took one of my 45 apart to clean out the key and power switch contacts, as well as some fixing some intermittent failure. Electronically, everything is perfect now.

However, when I reassembled the calculator, I realized the keyboard/display-cover modules have actually separated from the bezel surrounding the upper part of the body.

There is no screw holes on the upper bezel, or ledged to slide and lock the keyboard into to keep them in one piece. Can someone tell me what is holding the two part together? Is it glue, or something else I missed?

I appreciate your help in advance.
