hp 12C date of manufacture Message #1 Posted by don on 8 July 2006, 9:51 p.m. My 12C which I bought new has a serial # 2324a00305. Does this mean it was manufactured in 1983? If not, what can you tell me about it? thanks don

I believe their fiscal year begins Nov 1st). The "A" represents country of manufacture (America). Hope that helps!
