Help! Repairing broken plastic casing Message #1 Posted by Osiris on 7 July 2006, 7:45 p.m. Help! My much-loved and much-used 19BII developed a chip in the plastic casing right next to the battery cover that has finally broken off. Now the cover to the battery case will not stay on, causing the batteries to fly out whenever I open the calculator. I can't turn on the calculator unless I physically hold the batteries in place. Is there any way to fix this?

Changing batteries becomes a pain but the calculator is still functional.

Got the tip off this board for fixing 41 post problems.
