HHC2006 Web Site
Message #1 Posted by Namir on 28 June 2006, 10:51 a.m.

Good news folks! The HHC2006 web site is on. It's a barebone version but it gives you basic information.

Hope to see you in San Jose!

I hope to be there. Unfortunately, I can't get a certain irritating song out of my head. I want shout aloud "yes, blast it, I do know the way!!!!"

Les,

It will be nice to see you there. Same goes for all the folks that are regulars on this web site.

You are in Burlington and I am in North York, so we could feasibly be on the same flights....

Actually, disregard that. But I am curious--what's a Virginian doing with a website on a server in my general neighbourhood?

Jeez, to think in years past doubters laughed at this internet thing :)

Les,

My brother lives in Burlington (which I know well) and he owns Lara ISP. My sister used to live in North York before she moved to Scottsdale, AZ.

I have my web site at my brother's company.

Small world!

Since I have caught your attention, I am intrigued by your HP67 simulator, but the link to the zip file on your website gives a dead link error. I am most crestfallen--it sounds like an amazing bit of work, and as I will likely never own one of the seminal HPs I would love to experience what you have done.

Les,

Thanks for pointing that out. I will fix the link to the ZIP file when I get back home. I am in southern France now.

Meanwhile, I emailed you the ZIP file. Enjoy!
