hp48 and cogo cards

i have a hp48gx with cogo full of points, its starting to take time between scrolling and changing screens, like one or two seconds or more, it eventually changes and functions ok
i have an important job in it now
i do however have a spare gx, now can i just pull out the card and slip it into the other
the points are in the hp memory right, or on the tds cogo card, i forgot. i want to see if the other unused 48 works faster than the current one. i have never taken the card out, so i dont want to lose info stored thanks david
