1) Seller insists on insurance if you use Paypal. It does not seem fair or right. In fact, I do not know European rules, but I know this is against ebay rules for US or Canadian auctions. You may not charge differently for different payment methods in US/Canada.
What doesn't seem right is that if the buyer expressly wishes to do without shipping insurance and then the package gets lost, PayPal still takes the money out of the seller account to fully refund the buyer if he makes a claim since the package didn't arrive at the buyer destination (before you start your criticism again, I know what I'm talking about because it happen to me).
As such, is very fair and honest to do this, and it's used to give a choice to the ones not paying by PayPal if they want insurance or not, since if they don't pay by PayPal, the seller doesn't get charged in case the package doesn't arrive to the buyer.
Besides that, if you still care so much with grammatics as you did some days ago about the Hudenai auction that mentioned LOT, then 'extra fees for using PayPal' like you say in another post, it's not really correct is it? This is not an extra fee to use PayPal, it's a different shipping method ... with insurance.

2) Seller says at top you only pay winning bid and shipping, and then in details adds 1.35 pounds for packaging and handling. C'mon, be straight with the buyers!
If you were straight with your comments, this is what you would do: 1st, you would check the shipping service webpage the seller (me, yes) offers and see if that the price quoted there is actually the one quoted added by the 1.35 GBP. 2nd, if you couldn't do that, before starting your wondering in this forum, you would use the option in the auction to ask seller a question and clarify the issue.
I already changed the auction to clarify that, I'm sorry to the others that had doubts, but since I say in the top that they only need to pay for the auction plus the shipping costs, I though it was clear that nothing would be added (not even the 1.35GBP, those are already included in the expressed shipping prices) besides that.
Some of you made purchases from me in the past and for my part, I'm sure I've always been correct and honest with you and I thank you for having done the same with me.
Have a nice new year,
