Face panel on 12C Message #1 Posted by Joe Lorincz (Australia) on 20 Oct 2006, 7:15 p.m. Does anyone know if there was ever a silver version of the 12C? I recall having seen one but .............. it could just be my memory Cheers Joe

It distinguished the 12C from the scientific models. The unique color (and form-factor) of the 12C also helped it become the defacto standard for business. So, no, I do not beleive that any 12C models prior to the platinum models used the silver color scheme.
