Survey PAC Program

Posting for customer:
When I turn on last week my HP41C on disply I saw: "BAT. LOST MEMORY". After replacing the batteries, all stored "HP SURVEY PAC" program lost. When I was trying to re-load, for instance:
EXC ALPHA SIZE ALPHA 005 (following Survey Pac)
EXC Alpha Curve Alpha
100 R R/S
I noticed on disply: SIZE 0... or CURVE what is not according to the Survey PAC.
I would greatly appreciate you suggestion and advice. I am unable to dowload any Survey PAC program.The Survey Module is in and before replacing batteries everything was OK.
The Lewis and Lewis is unable to fix up , because the HP 41 C is too old, nor other survey repair companies have any advice.
