New HP-71B software - DICE-1.0

This is a combination of a slightly reworked version of YATZ71 and a new game ROLLERS. The latter is an implementation of High Rollers for the 71B. The distribution now includes card images for the HP-71X emulator, so this excellent software from HrastProgrammer is supported. The documentation has been reworked with an INSTALL document, an overall README file and separate READMEs for YATZ71 and ROLLERS.
