Defective ROM help

Hello.
I'm trying to fix a defective HP-85A.
I made some diagnostics using Assembly Level Diagnostic Rom, and it found ROM 2 defective (U6 chip, part number 1MA7-0066).
Swapping roms between sockets give always the same error, so probably is really the rom that's defective.
So my question is: do anyone know where to find one in the World?
Or do you know if it's possible to replace it with some type of "standard" eprom (what type)? Or is it completely custom so there is no way except to find an original one?
