scientific notation to fixed integer
Message #1 Posted by Bill on 30 Oct 2005, 1:26 a.m.

I have a HP-15C without a users manual. The display is set for scientific notation and I don't know how to change it to a fixed integer display. Can anyone instruct me? I've ordered the CD, but in the meantime..... Thanks.

Bill,

Click the f key then 7 key for fixed then the number of places you want.

For the display to look like this 0.0000 do the following:

f (gold shift key) 7 (fix notation key) 4 (number of decimal places.

While the CD hasn't arrived yet, you can check the manual on: http://www.hp15c.org/hp15c.pdf
