Program for construction loan apr calculation

I have a 12c from the 80's & I had a 80-90 step program in it that would calculate construction loans APR's. An FDIC examiner gave me the program steps years ago, but I allowed another person to use the calculator & they wiped the program out. I can't locate the paperwork anymore with the program & nobody at the FDIC uses the calculator anymore, all done by computer now. Would anybody have any ideas where I could find a program like that anymore? Thanks.
