A suggestion (was: Redistributing HP manuals) Message #2 Posted by Vieira, Luiz C. (Brazil) on 7 July 2005, 12:26 a.m., in response to message #1 by Thomas Okken
Hi, Thomas;
if you accept my suggestion and if you are willing to go ahead with it, consider a quick reference guide or a brief guide, based on the original manual, where you explain each possible function in brief with som examples. There is no problem writing books about HP calculators, and I see no problem writing an on-line brief guide as well, just avoid copying the original text. There is already an index with references to all available operations/functions in the HP42S manual. You could start there, groupping commands/functions on areas, for example.
Success!
