HP-IL RS232 Interface & Windows

I would like to connect the HP41 to the computer using the 82164A interface and the Extended I/o module. I have read the article sent by Tony Duell, but I am afraid that it is only for linux. Is there something similar for windows?

Hans Brueggemann wrote HPILCOM for that use;
with the help of Leo Duran and Dejan Crnila, if I remember well.
