Replacement NiCads for HP82033A battery Message #1 Posted by Tracy on 21 Dec 2004, 10:07 p.m. I purchased a replacement battery for a HP-97 from Digi-Key (as recommended by Katie) and found out the part number has changed to P175-L022-ND and the cost per unit has dropped to $10.06. Hopefully, the article on replacement batteries can be updated to include this change. I was assured by Digi-key that the new model has the same form and function as the obsolete model. Tracy

I've made the change to my article. Indeed the battery pack you get from Digikey should work just fine, in fact a little bit better in that's it's 1500mah capacity verses the old part number at 1400mah. -Katie
