HP 12C CPU Question

I have a 12C made in China, and I was wondering if it has a bubble CPU or the standard plastic "nut" as in the Malasian units.
By the way, I bought a Platinum because I like the larger numbers. But the display is dimmer, the thing is poorly made (as we all know), and it's going back of Office Depot.
