HP 67 card reader Message #1 Posted by Derek on 4 Dec 2004, 2:32 p.m. I was wondering if there is a way to test the operation of an HP 67 card reader without any magnetic cards. I have been unable to find any and am preparing to sell this thing but don't know of any way to verify its operation. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Derek

Or have an opinion if it is really worth my time to fix it before sale? If a working card reader is only going to add $20 or so to its value then its definitely not worth fixing to me. I just got a new battery for the thing and am surprised at how well this old beast still works. I used this same calculator when programming in my physics formlas back in high school in 1980/81.
