beta test

Hi there!
I am a part-time MBA student with a focus on finance. I am also employed in the finance industry and (obviously) an HP fan. I know that the 19BII+ "may" be coming out soon, and thought that beta testing should be starting up shortly. If there is an opportunity to beta test the new 19BII+, I would like to participate.
Does anyone know how to contact HP to find out how to become a beta tester? I know that there are some beta testers out there on the site, how did you apply?
