Hi, all;

I have already thanked (as many times as I could) the guy that allowed me to compose, I mean, be one of the guys of the 'team', and I'd add that it's been a great pleasure to work with both, Gene and Tony, in this particular subject. Working with great guys eases the job. d8^D

Thank you for the compliments, Mike and Artur. I know that this is too much "clichè", but I cannot think of a better expression: "I hope you have as much fun reading it as we had writing."

Thanks Mike! I just wish I'd known about Peter Carr's Black Scholes program for the 12c earlier and we could have got that in.
