Message #1 Posted by katana on 6 Oct 2004, 7:57 a.m.

first of all, i hope y'all understand what i am saying, since english isnt my native language (?).

i have the HP39G and i dont really understand how the sequence aplet works. when we have to make Sn= blabla (for instance: how many are the first 10 terms (?) put together) how do i do that on the HP?

Set U1(1)=1 and U1(2)=1, then U1(N)=U1(N-2)+U1(N-1), next hit PLOT and see if you can find a correlation. Hope this helps for your Sn=blabla problem.
