If you are looking for software and documentation for the HP Series 80 computers (early 80s) which include the HP-83, HP-85, HP-86 and HP-87 computers, check out www.series80.org.

Thanks to contributions from many people the site now contains tons of useful material:

Programs: http://www.series80.org/Programs/index.html

Documentation (incl. software solution books): http://www.series80.org/Manuals/index.html

I need some help to be able to load BIN files (found in the Series80.org site) into the Oliver De Smet emulator found at:

http://www2.akso.de/files/series_80/Emulator

I'd like to be able to load some programs in the application pacs.

Thanks!

Hi,

Use binary disk image, rename as xxxxx.lif and use them :) (load them with Edit/:D700/Load)

Use the release from August 12th at André Koppel site :

http://www2.akso.de/files/series_80/Emulator/Series_80_Emu_Win.zip

Good luck.

PS : Professionnal Communication Pack won't work as the serial modules aren't emulated.
