Display of HP-48SX

Vertical dead lines of display, like the entire line from top to bottom is not more fed by electronic circuitery. Starting with two or three of them near the center of the display. After one year, without using the calculator because I bought a bad HP-49, the numbero f dead lines is grown up to ten or twelwe randomly diffused.
Can you help me to repair or to avoid the same on my other calculators (wet place?, programmed life by HP?)
