RPL- PC Editor Message #1 Posted by Harrington (USA) on 9 May 2004, 5:26 p.m. I download a editor for user rpl it is all in spanish not fluent in spanish by the way , The user editor is nice to have, it is very useful in many ways. however I like to get any help with intructions and tech know how. the author has a English .dat file,when down load which suppose to load into english. It is not working for me unfortunately I don understand spanish that well. any idea how to munipulate the file to convert to english??
