HP85 parts

We're in need of a RAM Controller IC (U8) for an HP85B.
The 40 pin IC is labeled as 1MC4-0003
Our chip was soldered on the board.
Wondering if anyone out there has one of these, or a dead HP85B, or a recommendation of locating such a part?
