SENDPGM Rom ???

While transferring HP41 ROM images from tape to the PC I came across one named SENDPGM. This particular ROM image was written to tape about 20 years ago (when I was 20 years younger and my memory was better ;-). Can anyone out there in forum land shed any light on the details of this image (i.e., who wrote it, it's intended purpose, etc.)???
