I was on hp.com the other day, and all they offer for download is the "Solutions Manual", not the "Owner's Handbook".

They have the manual for the 12C platinum which is 99% correct for the normal 12C

I think I read on this group that the 12C platinum was actually designed by reading the manual for the 12C and making sure it works as indicated by the manual. They added algebric capability and a couple of bugs but that is basically it. (I don't have a platinum but use its manual)
