internationalaggregate "fraudulent"

I purchased a laptop battery from HPparts.com. HP parts took the $102.50 but never sent the battery. HP Parts was recently purchased by internationalaggregate. They will not return my money or send me my battery. International aggregate customer service rep "Josh A." puts the onus on my bank to reimburse my account. These criminals should be run out of business! They can be contacted at:
