How to replace battery of GRiD card?

Those who are using 1 MB GRiD ram card, can you help how to replace the battery?
I do not see any battery chamber, or battery cover. All I see is a battery marker cicumscribed by a circle on face paper paste on to the card. I'm afraid to do anything without proper instructions, in case I damage the card.
I do not have the instruction booklet. If anybody would be kind to provide me step by step instructions, would be highly appreciated. Or if you can refer me to related web site address would be equally helpful. Thanks,
